Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card within a year. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her university education. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won several fitness awards. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any goals. She was happy with her placement. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel has seen her body improve every year. Ariel's top body part to train includes her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
